How can I do it without accessing the provider's site? The provider is Celtel from Zambia, Africa and I live in UK.

Well, the phone number you're giving is listed in Zambia. While I'm sure that this is a nice place I have no clue how the cell phone system operates there.

Where are you? U.S. domestic numbers are 10 digits (area code + number = 10). This is 11 digits. You may need to start with a country code and city code if this is not a U.S. domestic number. I agree with the other answerers: use the cell provider avenue or, it's simply wrong.

You should be able to log into your providers website and review past history.
IE Congular, Verizon, etc
