Call the company, cancel the subscriptions, and tell them never to send you any more magazines.

Send the bills back with a note on them saying that you did not order the magazines. Use the postage-paid envelope provided by the company. Enjoy the free magazines because you can't be charged for them.

You can report it to the Sheriff's Department and file a complaint. Or, merely send the mags back with a note, which is a real pain, but regardless, you must take measures to stop it at once. You could talk with the responsible person and tell them, you are will report them to the police and it's a misdemeanor. They could serve jail time. So, give them the option........

Really, call the cops and report this problem. Even if they can't prove that this is happening, they might look into it and that might scare the person enough to make them stop doing it. Or call you local post office and ask them what you can do, it's mail fraud that the other person is committing, they could even serve jail time. It's really messed up for this person to do that to you, if it's possible, talk to them. Let them know that it's more than a prank, they could be messing up your credit here.

Sounds like you made an enemy. Check some of the revenge websites for tactics if you wish to combat your aggressor. You can go to the postal service and tell them what you have said here and you might be able to file a complaint against this person. Postal fraud is a felony.

ooooo. That happened to me and I was fried. Not only did that happen but my credit card was being charged. I called my credit card company and also the magazine company and I got my credit. Unfortunately I am still receiving some of their magazines even though I am no longer being charged for it. I just give them away.

very simple, just write on them "not at this address" then put them back in any Post Office box. The post office will send them back collect. They collect on return postage.
When you get the bill write "I did not order this" tape the bill to the mags you send back collect.
Keep a copy of the bill with your note on it. Copy is 10 cents at library.

You do not have to pay for them nor send them back. If there is a toll-free number, call them. If not, wait for them to bill you and write on the bill that it was not ordered by you. There is nothing they can do to you.
