The cruzeiro was discontinued back in 1994, when Brazil changed to the Real. The exchange rate between the cruzeiro and the Real was 2750 to 1, so what you have there is 36.36 Reals.

One Real is roughly equivalent to a bit less than 50 cents (depending on the exchange rate), so your 100,000 (cen mil is "one hundred thousand" written out) cruzeiros is about $18.00.
