Accounting/Audit experience at a law firm?

Does anyone have internal audit experience or professional accounting experience at a large law firm? I would like to hear your experiences, suggestions, thoughts, etc...anything would be helpful.

I would suggest using a method I've done to research jobs in the past. Call up a random law firm and ask to speak with their accountant. Introduce yourself and politely ask if they have a couple minutes to answer a few questions from or give advice to a fellow/aspiring accountant. Most people are more than happy to talk to you if they have the time.

The other advantage is that you may develop a contact from this person, and who knows where that will lead.
