No you have to pay one of those services online but you need his social and bday or where he lived last.

Ask your mom. That's free.
Aside from that... you could try to find him online by name if you have his name. You could try to look at your birth certificate. Your mom might have listed him.
Perhaps he is not ready to be found. If this is the case, it may be best to wait for him to find you. Patience is also free. It may be frustrating to wait but, it might be most productive for your (future) relationship if you give him more time to mature into being a parent, albiet an absentee parent, a parent nonetheless.
