you will possibly desire to be an officer to fly fighter jets for damned constructive, yet they might probably fly shipment planes or some thing as enlisted, although they're probably co- co- pilots to the co-pilot and sit down in the returned of the airplane. in different words, if 5 people in the airplane die mysteriously, then you definately can fly it... so.. in case you think approximately that flying, then constructive.. lol it additionally relies upon on while you're in that component of the air rigidity. no longer each physique flies. there are mechanics, floor team, tower operators, and a good number of alternative crap. i think of a million out of three hundred in the air rigidity certainly FLY the planes.

Sure, there are some armed federal Air Marshals and one or more of the flight deck crew may be armed. Since there are a limited number, it's up to you (and the bad guys) to figure out who. Equally important is your own airport security. Enjoy your plane flight. It's safer than driving to the airport.

The organization that does this is the Federal Air Marshalls (FAM) under the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) which is part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

That first answer you got was stupid, wasn't it?
I believe they do still have them. HOWEVER, they are not on every flight from what I've heard. You don't really know who they are. I wish you a safe flight here. Enjoy your trip while you are visiting!!!
