positive - freedom and self-determination for women, a more educated populace, greater diversity of opinion and ideas.
negative - day care, day care, day care. it's a nightmare for children, destroys family unity, and is a disaster for neighborhoods. true feminists would seek 5 years paid maternity leave and social security credits for moms. Co=opted corporate feminism seeks cheap labor and the destruction of the family.

It allowed those women that wanted more than a home and marriage to feel okay with themselves and get out in the work force. BUT it started to make those women who wanted and excelled at being a stay-at-home mom and good housewife feel like second-class citizens.
It shook up pre-conceived ideas about how to treat women, BUT did not offer anything in place of those ideas.
It made men take a different look at women, BUT too many women started making men feel less.
Society always needs a set of "rules" to govern it, so things can rum smoothly and people can know what is expected of them. When you throw out every rule governing "acceptable" behavior, you get social chaos, which is what we have today. Years ago people never took their children to adult movies or adult restaurants, etc., and if they did, the child was expected to act in a certain way. Years ago you didn't have professional athletes/actors etc throwing fits during the event, disrespecting referee/umpires/authority figures. Now it almost the norm.
When a person doesn't know what is expected of them, they are lost and confused and will resort to whatever behavior comes most easily, which is usually negative.
Feminism is the biggest cause of societal chaos, because nothing was offered to replace what was thrown out by them.

I can list more than 3 positive effects, but You said 3, then...3:
right for vote,
right for education,
right for employment.
Can you imagine that someone deprives you from those rights?
If we are talking about negative effects, then we are in the space of traditionally imagined roles of sexes: men have to go out and work, women have to stay home and spend her time with kids. And of course, if woman decides to break this rule, the whole patriarchal system is destroyed, and this is what some people experience as a negative effect. Unfortunately, the thing that is endangered by W's emancipation are not kids and family, put the power and controlling system established by males. Please, stop using kids as an excuse because the fact is that every child needs both parents and misses the father when he is out of home with the same intensity as he/she misses the mother when she is not present. I grew up in a family where both of my parents were employed, and now, when they are retired, they are still active in their profession, especially, my mother. I have never suffered because of that.
Sorry, I can not list anything that I see as a negative effect of someones emancipation, achieving certain rights and freedoms. I think men shouldn't see women's emancipation as a challenge of their (men's) power positions, at least not in 21. century.
