You must mean the HVAC system. They are located under the dashboard.

There are none in the engine.
Blend doors are in the HVAC box under the dash. There will be one that regulates the vents, (dash, floor, defrost), and one that regulates fresh air/recirculated air.
On the 95 I believe they are controlled by vacuum motors.
