Only if the boss invites you to lunch but doesn't mean it (E.g. he asks you, you say no, then he immediately says, "OK!")! not even a, "c'mon, it'll be fun!" sort of response.
well, looking back i don't hate him at all. i actually appreciate that he didn't keep me longer than 2 months and he broke the news in a nice way.. just wish he would forgo the niceness and be honest from the beginning. I hate it when things seem to be going well, and then the unexpected happens. In a way, bosses who treat people like trash is good, because then you know where you stand and what you must do... get the hell outta there!

For the first time ever, I have the best boss in the world. She is one of those people that you can approach no matter how dumb the question is, she thinks giving someone a 25 cent raise is ridiculous, and I can leave early or take the day off without getting the third degree.
