Sure, there is also free schooling in the library. Check out websites online and start reading. You're guaranteed to learn something. You may not have the paper to show for it, but you will have the knowledge to show perspective employers.

There is no such thing as a free anything. There are scholarships and grants, but you have to work for them. Stop expecting the world to be handed to you. Laziness and a sense of entitlement are disgusting qualities.
