I know that an important letter was supposed to be sent via airmail on August 11th, but it hasn't arrived yet. Should I assume it was lost or never sent? Should I wait a few more days?

I find it hard to believe that the war is the cause of the delay. The ceasefire started nine days ago.

There is an express mail that will arrive in 2-4 days. I wouldn't assume anything right now. Wait another week and then make that decision.

Try to send it with American bombs and weapons ,I think it will be there NEXT DAY
