i look around in ebay.com.my and came upon this term cash on delivary. i want to know to whom do we pay when we pay cash on delivery cause it seem the easiest and safest way to pay.i want t osell a few of my stuff on ebay and i also want to buy a few thing on ebay hope you guys can explain.

Hello. I m a seller on eBay. Cash on delivery is for those people who pick up the items. The best way for you to buy on eBay is to start an account with PayPal. It is safe and it is easy for international transactions. I only sell international to people with Pay Pal for that reason.

There is a part in the seller's box that say Ask a Question. Ask the Seller to define what he or she means by cash on delivery!

You pay whoever delivers the package to you, at least that's the way it works in the US. The easiest way to me to buy & sell on ebay is to have a PayPal account.
