Come up through Wichita Falls, into OK on I-44, stay on through OKC, keep going until you reach Tulsa on the east side of Oklahoma.
Have money for tolls.

Tulsa is in Northeast Oklahoma approx. 1 hour west of Joplin, Missouri and 3 hours southwest of Kansas City. It is on rte I44, not I35 as a previous answerer stated.
