I've been playing ff7 on my PC for about 6 months.Whenever i try to listen to BUGENHAGEN's story of stars at the COSMO CANYON the game jams.characters blink their eyes but nothing moves more than a shooting star.please anyone help me out.

I had a similar problem with a chocobo race. Check google for patches for the game... honestly though, you were probably better off buying a copy of FFVII and used playstation from ebay.
