just wait until you're 15 or 16, then it gets REALLY bad!!!
no, really, a lot of us went thru it. the pimple thing seems to be a right of passage that we all must take - kind of like bad hair and not-so-cute clothing.
However, you can begin fixing the pimple problem, and you've received a lot of great answers already. The only things I would add are:
a) Wash your face at least twice daily. Once in the morning and once before going to bed. (use a product that is specifically for washing your face. it shouldn't have any dyes or aromas to it these things can irritate the skin).
b) Try using an exfoliating wash in the shower about every three days or so.
c) Relax and have more fun. Meaning: try not to allow yourself to get or remain stressed. Stress can cause all kinds of problems.
d) Drink lots of water.
e) Exercise. and don't be afraid to sweat. a lot. so long as you wash your face immediately afterwards. You can get rid of a lot of impurities this way.
f) Get a skin-clearing cream. If its drying out your skin too much though, go to a dermatologist and get something that will be more expensive, but won't rip your skin of necessary moisture and other good bits.
g) Think about taking Nature's Cure. Its a pill you can buy it at WalGreens or WalMart. Or, when you go to the dermatologist, ask for something that can work from the inside out (a pill in other words).
Good luck! And in the meantime, smile a lot (the girls will like that, and interpret that as confidence and kindness). When I was younger, i had pimples but i still managed to get 'em with the smile!

There are several possible causes. First you are becoming a man and your hormone levels are increasing and this is difficult to control but you can do a few things I mention below. Secondly it can be related to diet, avoid simple sugars (candy and such) as increased sugars provide a food source for bacteria. Third, there are several minor skin infections of the face and neck that require antibiotic treatment. I suspect that your problem is one and two. Wash your face frequently with a mild soap. You can apply any of the acne creams and some are quite good. Do not use suntan oil or any other oily things on your face as they block the pores and cause pimples (they trap the bacteria within). Alcohol face wipes help also by cleansing the skin and removing some of the oil and bacteria. There is an effective cream called Fostex...which removes surface dead cells...but use only once a day as it dries the skin and can cause a rash. Do not pick or squeeze pimples as it will cause scarring.

Chickmagnet, great name...lol
Pimples are caused mainly by hormones raging through your teen body. Some things you can do to help are; keep your skin clean by washing with a mild face soap designed to help skin problems. Drink lots of water, not sodas or sugary drinks. Eat healthy, get your daily dose of veggies and fruits, stay away from fatty foods. Get exercise and make sure you take a shower afterwards, don't wash your face with body soap, it has deorderant in it. Make sure you don't squeeze them hard because that will cause scars. Putting warm compresses on them will help to loosen the skin and then you can gently try to release the liquid.

You have lots of pimples because you are a 14yr old boy. This is normal. Stop worrying and go wash your face.

You answered your own question. Youre a boy, 14. If it really bothers you, talk to your folks about seeing a dermatologist. (skin doctor)
