A slime-ball hypocrite. Claims to be a Lib but makes big profits off of someone's misery....a big no-no to the whiny-a@@ed libs.

If the government released their names, the family has authorised the names to be made public. This gives him the right to display the list of names. If he were defaming them in some fashion, that would be one thing. This however is a statement, and true at that. All it says is "Bush Lied...They died". There can be no question that Bush lied, knowingly or otherwise, as almost everything he has said has turned out to be false (wmd, uranium, Al-Quaeda connections). These lies were used to send our service men and women to their deaths.

If one woman (so far, according to the articles I just checked) has complained. A number of legislatures (OK and LA from what I read) are intending to pass legislation against this, but I doubt it will go very far due to free speech. If she has a legal complaint, she should take it up in court and get an injunction. Otherwise this is constitutionally protected.

Remember, supporting our troops does not mean supporting the war or the man killing them.

That said, this is probably in poor taste, but is better than harping on 9-11 every time one's policies are challenged as some prominent politicians do...

Also, according to the site selling these, part of the proceeds from the sale of the shirts goes to supporting the families of soldiers that have fallen.

He certainly is an extremist in line with the Muslim terrorists who want US troop to withdraw from Iraq so that they can rule the country with cruel Islamic law. Only a hand full of American would support Dan Frazier to exploit America's war dead. They should united with majority of US people to anti the Muslim terrorist not anti their own government.

I don't mean to be critical, but why do you ask? It's obvious what you think of him. Other opinions shouldn't matter to you.

That said, I can see what he's trying to do, make people aware that individuals, actual people with names and faces are dying for no reason in this idiotic, meaningless war. People say, support the troops. I do - I want them home with their loved ones. Now. Including my boyfriend's best buddy, who's in Iraq right now.

He shouldn't be profiting from dead soldiers and it should be required for him to get permission to use any person's name. I would be outraged too.

If he's American, those soldiers died "in his name" also and he has the right to use public information as much as anyone else.

The one who exploited those soldiers is their Commander-in-Chief, who sent them to die in an unnecessary war based on lies and deceit.

I THINK HE IS TERRIBLE. WHY SHOULD HE PROFIT OFF OTHERS DEATHS? THAT IS WRONG. ACTUALLY ITS AGAINST THE LAW TO USE THOSE NAMES WITH OUT PERMISSION AND I KNOW THOSE FAMILIES ARE NOW DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
