whats with all these women saying men gossip more? as a representative of males, none of my male friends and I ever gossip because we are too busy drinking beer, playing madden '07, and eating chips and salsa. Do your reasearch ladies.

women gossip and talk so much because they have little confidence that the way they feel is ok, they need to make sure other people understand how they feel. Men tend to trust themselves even if they shouldn't, and are constantly under the assumption that the way they feel is ok, because its just the way they feel.

i think its equal, believe me boys gossip too...infact they're worst than girls, i grew up with 3 brothers and bunch of male cousins, and yes they gossip....only thing is they do it privately not as openly as girls
