I don't know the answer really, I think it has to do with testosterone levels. But you know what? I feel sorry for them,
I think a lot of men NOT!! all men are self centred and full of them selves because there D*** rules. They find it at a young age, then they never leave it alone. What a Shame lol.

I'll say it as simply as I can:
Men are perverts. Women are sexual.
Men are driven mostly by this subconcious drive for conquest.
When a woman likes sex, she is a "s.l.u.t.". When a man likes sex, he is a "stud". This is what society has taught us for ages.
Society dictates alot of how we view sexuality and sex drive. Men are pigs most of the time and think of sex as another form of domination over women. My wife even claims most men don't like sex, they just use their partner for their selfish sexual gratification.
In the work place, men still use their positions of "power" to dominate over women, and make them feel less than what they are. Most men can't deal with the idea of a trully independant woman.
What you are describing would be considered sexual harrasment in the workplace I work in.

Its all a hormonal thing: testosterone. Testosterone is naturally produced in the body (testes to be exact) and its an steroid. It is responsible not only of changes during puberty but also for sexual drive and libido. When men's sex drive is low, they are treated with testosterone replacement therapy by inducing endogenous production of the hormone, oral or by intramuscular injections.

us men are more visually stimulated whereas women are more relational. unfortunately it can be hard to control sometimes. i sometimes wish i could just let go..........ive spent too much time thinking about some girls who i find physically attractive but dont care about me!! each time we see them that feeling comes back. a guy who's in a relationship (unlike me) should find it easier to control because hes getting the female attention he needs.
