hi, sure, eventhough your brother forgot his password and the project question, you will get a clean password for an Yahoo Account. a million) enter identity; 2) click on "Forgot password"; 3) he gets a window to go into "Birthday, u . s . a ., zipcode, and secutrity image"; 4) Then on the below of the exhibit screen, there are 2 strategies -- "Forgot your password" / "Forgot your identity"; 5) decide on "Forgot Passwrod"; enter identity, and click on "Get new password" 6) you will get a clean password. I even have tried till the 5th step. because of the fact i understand my password, i did no longer click on "Get new passwrod". So, if there are any variations, i'm sorry. solid success.

Try sending a mail to administrator@sbsglobal.net from another id quoting your sbsglobal mail-id. It should help. Good luck!
