I would like to ask if you could please provide me

set up and establish an ISP from scratch that
offers a broadband service.Preferably ADSL or any other type of braodband service.What hardware etc do i need?

you need to install eathernet card. takes the IP address from the ISP and set the IP address in the system or aks the ISP to make every thing.
