knee joint pains, can u suggest medicine pls

there could be many reasons for ur knee pain. But generally speaking, medicines alone wont work. You may need to follow certain dietary &lifestyle modifications. Some sort of knee brace will be helpful. Excercises specific fro ur problem may be done. Remember some excercises may be even HARMFUL. Dont blindly follow what baba ramdev says!

I know two nurses at the hospital where I work who get real benefit and relief from painful knee problems by drinking monavie juice.

what's your age, dd? and other symptoms? It can range from Osteo Arthritis to Osteoporosis..
Herbs like Curcumen, Boswelia, etc work well and have no side effects as with Pain killers.( avoid them).

apply moov or any antiinflammatory ointment and take nimulid tablet 3 times a day. u will be ok. may contact doctoronline3@yahoo.co.in

Aleve and Advil always work for me, but dont take them at the same time.
