This would be a difficult proposition. Eggs and sperm would need to be floating high in the atmosphere and then after fertilisation they would need somewhere up there that could act as a womb. Assuming that they come through this maturation, the female 'cloud children' would need to be 'filtered' out as this would appear to be a 'male only' phenomenon. Then these cumulus sky infants would need to endure exposure to high levels of ultra violet rays and the effects of being buffeted by the jet stream in the upper atmosphere until they reach maturity which I guess would be late teens early twenties. Then as these gleaming celestial bronzed man hunks are precipitated out of the clouds due to their increasing weight and outstanding musculature, they would face their next major problem. Gravity. All you would have left of them as they hit the ground would be a rather unfortunate mess, not to mention the damage caused to houses and cars etc, and the potential of various gruesome, but well toned, body parts littering up the place. Try going clubbing instead. Not so much evisceration there.

Humidity's rising
Barometer's getting low
According to all sources
The street's the place to go
'Cos tonight for the first time
At just about half past ten
For the first time in history
It's gonna start raining men
It's raining men
Hallelujah it's raining men, Amen
I'm gonna go out
I'm gonna let myself get
Absolutely soaking wet
It's raining men
Hallelujah it's raining men
Every specimen
Tall blond dark and mean
Rough and tough and strong and lean
God bless Mother Nature
She's a single woman too
She took on a heaven
And she did what she had to do
She taught every angel
To rearrange the sky
So that each and every woman
Could find her perfect guy
It's raining men
Hallelujah it's raining men amen
It's raining men
Hallelujah it's raining men, Amen
. . . .
I feel stormy weather moving in
About to begin
Hear the thunder
Don't you lose your head
Rip off the roof and stay in bed
roof and stay in bed
God bless Mother Nature
She's a single woman too
She took on a heaven
And she did what she had to do
She taught every angel
To rearrange the sky
So that each and every woman
Could find her perfect guy
