hi, spyware is a disgusting and infamous virus. perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.

i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

I use the internet security suite from Computer Associates. I got a couple free years through Roadrunner, but I just renewed it, I like it. The spyware, antiviral, firewall, and spam blocker are all good.


Adaware is good too, and free from Cnet, well used to be

There is NO best.

You should have 1 sys AntiVirus & 1 FireWall, but have a MINIMUM of 2 AntiSpywares -- I have 5, one of them being Ad-Aware.

Ad Aware is junk. The best one is SUPERantispyware.
