Where and in what sort of container can you store carrots so they don't go limp?

after juicing the carrots, take the sqeezins,fry them in a closed pan with sugar and oil for about 45mins.keep stirring after every -7-10mins. you can also add milk to it but in small quantity. after this is done, add raisins and nuts(in small peices) to it. serve hot....

Soups, carrot cake, anything that you want to slip some Vitamin A into ( meaning, if you have children, you can mix it up with the ground beef in the hamburgers or meatballs ). A great way to store the pulp would be to put it into ice cube trays and freeze. Once frozen, pop them out of the ice cube tray and place into a freezer bag.

As for the fresh carrots, the best way is in an airtight container. If you have already peeled and sliced them, place them in water in an airtight container.

Put them in plastic bags and put them in the deep freeze and then make carrot cake.
If the chunks are considerable size then put in bowl and cover with water, then store in fridge and eat as snack. Don't forget to change the water every day.

i store mine in the chiller section in the fridge and use the carrot pulp left over from juicing and add it to soups and sauces - ie spag bol

you can put them into salads,bake a carrot cake with them,use them as garnishes for dishes,lots of stuff!just be creative!you might be able to keep them in an air tight bowl for freshness!
