Take them, especially if you are getting straight A's in regular classes. College admissions likes to see that you challenged yourself and APs can save you a lot of money if you take the tests and do well on them.

I took them all the time and ended up going into college with 21 credit hours, now if each credit hour costs only $2000, how much money was it worth?

if youy can handle it and plan to go to college

go for it and make college easier for you and save some cash
