how or what do i use to cure them?

You have spider mites. They are annoying and sometimes difficult to get rid of. Using insecticidal soap that you can easily purchase from Home Depot and Walmart (assuming you are in the US) will get rid of them safely. Just remove as much of the web as possible then drench the plant with the insecticidal soap. It might be a good idea to isolate your plant from any others until you have the infestation under control.

The yellow leaves are probably from irregular watering
or ENOUGH water but poor drainage.

Spider webs - mean Garden Spiders.
And Garden Spiders eat bad bugs. Let the spiders be.

I don't think spider mites make webs large enough to see,
I'm not sure, but come on, they are mites.

But it wouldn't hurt to treat you plants for them anyway.

yellow leaves is a sign you may have over watered your tomatoes, spider mites may be what is eating your plants.
make a solution of
1...water
2...dish soap
3....cheap soda pop
4....cheap beer
fill your can with water first, then the soda, beer then soap last. because of the foaming and suds.
pour all of this together in a sprayer can and spray all of your plants with this salution everyday
