A couple days ago, when we tried to sign in to Yahoo Music, we got a pop-up telling us there was an update available. We selected the update, it seemed to load, and the system rebooted. Ever since, when we click on the Yahoo Music icon on the desktop, we get an error message:

C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Yahoo! Music Engine\YahooMusicEngine.exe

This application has failed to start because the application is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem.

Can anybody help with this? I've sent three emails now to Yahoo Music Help with no reply.

That's not true, you don't need to downolad the program and start from scratch. It will ask you if you want to override your songs/videos, and say 'NO'!!!!

Best of luck, you can do it!
