No!! More men doesn't care! It's important only for women,If you love someone for real this is the greatest present for this love.On the other side he may not deserve it so......... you have to be prefectly sure about it.
But in these days I would say virginity doesn't matter much,after all we live in XXI century ;)

When a man and a woman wait until they are married and then be faithful exclusively to the one s/he marries, then there will be no sexually transmitted diseases and they will be ready for having and taking care of babies together.

Now a days its very hard 2 find a virgin girl.......Due so called posh n fashion culture.....In countries like India Where they give much more importance to tradition and culture....I think it is VERY VERY Important .
