I presume you are talking about games at parties? Does he get around ok though? There's always the "first one to get all the items wins" game which involves a list of items the contestants have to find in the room like a bra, pair of boxer shorts, glasses, £20, a hat etc. Karaoke? the yard of ale challenge (self explanatory), pass the parcel but with grown up toys inside, or a forfeit of taking a piece of clothing off if it lands on you.
If your having a small family get together then any games are good if you're in the mood for them. Card games or board games, some of the old shows are now on DVD games or PlayStation games - Bullseye, Family fortunes etc.
Have fun.

Ring toss. He wouldn't have to move around very much, just has to sit there & hold out his good leg.
It would be pretty easy to turn it into a festive drinking game as well. I might try this at my next party.

My favourite is getting an after eight mint from your forehead to your mouth without using your hands. You have to wriggle your face around and it's hilarious but can be messy. It takes some practice though.

Has he though of auditioning for Tarzan? 'Your left leg I like, It's a lovely leg for the role, I've got nothing against your left leg. Trouble is, neither have you.' Best sketch in the history of comedy.
