Hi sweetie,
"Budget" is relative for everybody. What is cheap to one may be expensive to another. Anyways, I have listed some of the stuffs which are of different categories. Prices are on the basis of per pax.
Budget : S$10 and below :-
- Movie
- Coffee
- Checking out Borders / Kinokuniya
- Cycling / Strolling at East Coast
Budget : S$15 & above :-
- Drink at City Space (Swissotel)
- Drink at Introbar (Swissotel) : 50% off drinks before 9 pm
Budget : S$25 - S$50 :-
- Clubbing at Bar None / New Asia Bar / Mohd Sultan / Empress Place etc..
- Dinner at Clarke Quay / Club Street etc
- Wine-drinking at Dempsey Road, Rochester Park, Villa Bali etc ...
Sweetie, I'm not exactly sure which age group you fall under but basically, activities I suggest are probably more for people from mid 20s and above...

When I lived there in 1998-2000 I used to like to go to the water park on Jurong Island I think and I used to go to the underground mall via the MRT. You can also go to the food stands. Or go to like the British club if you can get access.

You get buy chewing gum or cans of spray paint to decorate on white Mercedes. You can also streak across the Padang, which is just opposite the Parliament House.

hmm??? ive went to singapore about 2 weeks ago (im from the philippines) we went to sentosa and the nyt safari. or you could go to jurong for the bird park. or if you are going to shop for electronics go to sim lim mall or go to mustafa (24hrs open) for other stuff.
