Luck doesnt have anything to do with marriage. It is all about the commitment. Some people propose with a ring and end up in divorce. Some people propose without a ring and are happily married. When my husband proposed to me, he didnt give me a ring. We have been happily married for seven years and LUCK doesnt have anything to do with our marriage.

There is no such thing as luck. My husband proposed to me without a ring. We've been married for 15 years. We did pick out rings before we got married, but luck has nothing to do with our marriage.

i haven't heard if it is bad luck or not. you can always get the ring later. people have been proposed to in many different ways, including on the phone from a different country, for example.
remember, a relationship at best has a 50% chance of survival, ring at proposal or not. good luck to you.

My wife and I picked up the rings together. We proposed to each other before that.

The ring can always come later...the important thing is being asked or doing the asking...meaning you want to spend the rest of your life with that person...the ring is just a symbol.

It's not bad luck but it is tacky. It may tell her what she can expect in the future.
