Hm..I think I really feel sorry for him coz he's a sick and pervert person.Ok, I know he was sexually abused by his father but that does not give him the right to do the same things to kids.Moreover, the fact that he wanted to change his colour is disgusting.He was perfect and now he is unable t do anything.Noses falling all over the place..ears too so that he can have illusions hearing weird stuff with all these ears down everywhere.i mean someone must help the guy.What is his family doing?It's weird though a great artist like Minelli is his best friend and support him saying he's innocent.I bet another album would be a total failure and its name would be"God save Michael Jackson"(like sex pistols' song)or"white stripes on a french nose"Still I hope all that stuff is **** and he actually didn't do anything to these poor kids.

yes he can and probably will. there are no rules that you cannot release any new album in your lifetime if you went to court..
