The list at the bottom of Yahoo Answers pages is just the different portals for the Yahoo Answers feature, so it's incomplete as Yahoo Answers isn't available everywhere Yahoo have a customized presence. The above address shows a complete list of all Yahoo portals, which may or may not share particular features - I'm guessing at least one feature they all share is a search engine.
