I had a friend who obsessed about her height at age 12 or 13, and stopped growing at 5 ft. 1 in. at age 13 or 14. By the time she stopped growing, she realized there were a lot of women shorter than her, and in about 2 or 3 months she accepted her height, and started dressing in ways that made her look taller.
It's almost all genetic, you know. You're still growing for genetic reasons, and that alone can account for your growth. Also, it's easy to make mistakes in measuring your height, + or - an inch or so. Once you realize you've stopped growing, you'll adjust, really, but right now, it's like you're in the middle of game, and you don't know how it will come out, and you don't want to admit that a lot of it is just out of your control.

they say milk does a body good, and helps you grow. I wish i didn't hate milk when i was a kid. Sure, i loved milk in cereal, but hated it by itself, or with dinner. I would pour it down the sink. i am 5'7. If i would have drank more milk, i might have been 5'9, maybe.
It really doesn't make much of a difference about height, unless you wanna go into modeling. Models are historically tall, around 6 feet. At any rate, keep on drinking milk . I would drink skim milk if i were you, because whole milk has a lot of calories. You're trying to get vertical, NOT horizontal.

Its genetic! If you have tall parents, you're more likely to be tall and vice versa. Nothing can ever make you taller than you're genetically determined to be, no matter how many different methods you try.
If you aren't growing at the moment then don't worry sweetheart. You don't finish growing until you're around 18 years old. Chill out and don't fret so much.
