Because taste is a very individualized, subjective experience and what might taste "off" to me might be gourmet to you. You just have to try for yourself to see how you like it....

Peoples taste buds are different. I hate spinach but my daughter loves it. I use to hate asparagus until my friend dared me to try it. I like it now. Sometimes we judge food based on how it looks. I will never eat chitterlings because of what it is and how it smells, but most people that have tried it loves it.

I don't make people eat anything they don't want to. Other people do not necessarily eat things that don't agree with them..
