Well let me clear it Afridi is world's best hitter if u dont believe me u can check it out in icc-world.com as he has the record which are
1:fastest 50 (17 balls)
2:fastest 100 in his 2nd ODI (37 balls against Srilanka)
3:fastest 100 in test (45 balls against India)
4:Highest sixes (300+)
thats why he is known as "Boom Boom Afridi"
anyways here is the list of my choice
1:Afridi (He just knows to hit ball for six can be realy dangerous world class attacker but has a poor defence so he is not a good choice for test cricket although he can bowl also he is famous for breaking partnerships)
2:Gilcrist (He is greatest w-keeper and has the 2nd most highest sixes he can bat well good attacker of the ball where as his defence is realy good)
3:Symonds (He has strong muscles helping him to play good shots for sixes against spinners)
4:Dhoni (He is Cool but need some more time to prove)
5:Pathan (He is a bowler but good striker if the ball)

I am of the opinion that Afridi is the better smasher of the Ball.
