When we use a cheap riflescope in heavy recoil rifle, because of some reasons it dos not work properly and the point of impact of bullets differ bullet by bullet. Maybe something happens in erector tube which should improve.

Yes, I am a sport shooter and I know the tricks of consistent shooting such as using cartridges of same lot with same weight and also having tight screws of rifle scope, use good rest to shoot, etc.
It is not only my problem, some people in my group which use cal. 270Win, 8mm Mauser, and powerful air guns with cheap rifle scope, have same problem.
My question clearly is: what in the differences between cheap and expensive rifle scopes? Of course not in aspects of light and lenses but in mechanical aspects which affect the point of impact in one group shooting. Is it possible to improve a cheap rifle scope? For example change the erector tube or such a thing?
