I am starting to believe he and his neo-con gang really want to start a holy war and end the world as we know it. That scares me more then any terrorist ever will. The people who believe all this rapture crap are the biggest losers of all time. The Bush bunch are destroying the planet, spending money like there is no tomorrow and lining their pockets with every-body's money. It doesn't make sense, why would you want to be beyond filthy rich and destroy the planet? They must think the world will end and they will all rise above the rest of us. They are incapable of any rational thought.

You make it sound like everything is Bush's fault from AIDS to the conflict in Zambia. Well I've got news for you. Beruit, Lebanon during Reagan's watch we lost 241 Marines due to a suicide bomber. During Bush 1, Saddam was acting up as usual and starting trouble. During Clinton's time the WTC was bombed, a couple of embassies were blown up and we almost lost a warship for the first time since the USS Pueblo. All this was going on before GWB showed up.
If you felt safer before GWB it was only because you didn't know what you didn't know. What is going to be different after Jan 2009 when Bush isn't there any more? Is everyone going to get around the campfire and sing Cume ba ya? I don't think so.
You are the hate monger. Osama is a hate monger. You both exaggerate everything that happens.

Hon, Why do Liberals hate the rich in america??? Same reason the world will always hate the USA. The world thinks the USA is rich and owes them money.
The world has always hated the USA. Pre WWII we were a nation of impure classless immigrants. After WWII we were arrogant for THINKING we should have a say in European affairs. We loaned Europe money to rebuild but had the arrogance to ask for payment, we had to be on the UN most powerful councils etc. The world calmed it's stance on the US only in fear of the USSR. Once the cold war was over, hate has been growing day by day.
What effect do you think Clinton's bombing of Serbia had on the growth of hate? That one act, bombing a democratic European country, did just as much harm as anything Bush has done...yet..
The fact is the world will always hate US...it is the "cool" thing to do.

Alot of the world has always hated us. Due mostly in part to pure jealousy I believe. Religion has nothing to with it on our part. They are the ones that kill over religion. I tote a gun, I don't drink beer or any alcohol, I am a vet, I don't bash Liberals except the far left, but I also dislike the extreme far right, I like Nascar but for the racing, and have never shot a hunting buddy, but, I have been shot. And still think that people that are against private ownership of guns are idiots.
And as far as half of America hates Bush? Well that's been said for six years but more than half of them voted for him

Brilliant question. You deserve an award for such a well thought out description of the world in which you live.
First of all, go read some history books and you will see we have been despised for quite a long time. Even during the precious Clinton years. The hate stems from jealousy of our way of life, and I don't plan on going back to live in the dark ages, you?
If over half of Americans hate him how did he still win in '04?
Is this what religion about? (good grammar) Well, yes it is most all wars through out history have been fought over religious ideals. Take some time out and learn some things about this world, and our country that you live in.

it rather is not in basic terms liberals, all and sundry with a innovations hates Bush. He had between the utmost approval rankings in history after 9/11, yet rather of utilising a united usa to acheive sturdy, he bega beginning up on his very own very own schedule: tax cuts for the wealthy, checklist-breaking oil earnings, and the conflict in Iraq. upload the actuality that the federal government tousled the Katrina reaction (particular, the states deserve some blame too), he's out interior the direction of the sea with in basic terms a raft.

Well thank heavens this point has been made so clearly and succintly. You'd almost think that there is capital in becoming the most hated nation on earth. I remember the days when America was the most loved, reverred, most aspired to, and most envied country in the world. Now we are expected to be the people with most to fear. Republicans carry fear almost as a badge to be proud of. 'We must protect ourselves'. That goes without saying but to actually encourage fear and hatred as a way of life is beyond me.
aubry65355, I absolutely disagree. We have never been hated. Envied.. Yes. Hated... Never. We are now.
Bearable, Well analysed.

I donot hate George Bush - he is just not the man for the job.
The damage he has done is incalculable. "Wild Bill" Bush would just be better off back at the ranch, he and "Canonball" Blair before they create more havoc. The world is not a safer place because of them, its worse (as pointed out by former Secretary of State Madeline Albright..

The world doesn't hate us - they do dislike us a lot less today then they did a couple years ago, and Bush is at fault there. I'm more worried about the direction of the anger that already existed before he took office. For decades most of this hate was directed at other groups within a certain region. Now, Bush has united them against us and given them multiple reasons and motives to attack us. He's also done a horrible, horrible job with simple public policy both here and abroad. All of this will come back to bite us very soon.
Bush is my president, but he is not a very good president.

I happen to agree with you in regards to BJ (Bush Jr), but I don't think the US was much beloved before. I am an American living in Europe, and I can tell you that there are lots of people outside the US who love Americans because of who we are, and lots who hate us. I think the hostility is just more open now than it was before, and it is more socially acceptable to hate/ make fun of/ look down on Americans than it ever has been due to BJ's 'shoot first, ask questions later' leadership style.
