As of 2004, there were 11 former D3 athletes in the NFL. Some that I've found: Chiefs' LB Mike Maslowski and Bucs' (and former Lions' and Packers') WR Bill Schroeder played at UW-La Crosse, Titans' CB Tony Beckham played atUW-Stout, Steelers' LB Clint Kriewaldt was at UW-Stevens Point, Dolphins' punter Matt Turk got his kicks at UW-Whitewater, London Fletcher, LB for the Bills, played at John Carroll, and Blake Elliot, who's on the Vikings' IR, won a national championship at St. John's.
He's not a player, but Roger Goodell, Paul Tagliabue successor to the post of NFL Commissioner, attended Washington & Jefferson

London Fletcher, Bills (LB) went to John Carroll; Matt Turk, Rams (P) went to Univ. of Wisc.-Whitewater; Clint Kriewaldt, Steeler (LB) went to Univ. of Wisc-Stevens Point. Those are the only ones I know of.
