Been trying to load some software & everything else but this disc will load please help?
running windows xp sp2

You have Win32 worm on computer. Some old systems doesn't recognize this as a worm but Win XP does. Just repair the installation or do System restore. But when you restore it and when you insert disc again yuo'll again infect computer wit that worm. I suggest to throw that disc away.

Sounds like it is a bad disc. May be scratched or dirty. The "not a valid Win32" error usually means it is not reading the file. Try cleaning the disc and see if that resolves the issue.
