You know my story now. Last night, I was making dinner and I saw Brenda looking at me. It took me awhile to notice that she was wearing the strap on. Out of nowhere, she grabbed me and pulled me into the bedroom. I struggled and told her NO over and over again. She ripped my t-shirt exposing my breasts and began to bte them. I grabbed her hair and tried to pull her head away. Then she grabbed my hair and pulled my head back hard. She said, "you like it rough huh?" Then she got between my legs and told me that she was going to **** me hard. I was crying and then she did it over and over until I was SO sore I couldn't stand it. She did it again a couple more times during the night. She's gone to work now, I am alone and scared and crying and so sore as I write this. I want to call the police but think they will not take it seriously. Can anyone help me, I don't know what to do. I don't have any place to go. I feel like such a loser. It must not be too different to be raped by a man.

Yes, a lesbian can be charged with rape. It doesn't matter what your orientation, if you force sex on someone, and it is NOT wanted, it is rape. Do yourself a big favor and contact the police. This needs to be reported. I would also go to your doctor or ER right away so you can get checked out, tested, and any injuries recorded and treated. Here is a few places you may want to contact for counseling, shelter, etc. to get through this.
RAINN (Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network) Provides support and confidential crisis counseling for victims of sexual assault. Callers are automatically routed to the crisis center nearest to them.CALL: 1-800-656-4673 (24 hr)

Gay & Lesbian National Hotline (888)THE-GLNH (843-4564) Peer-counseling, information and referrals. Open Monday through Friday 6pm-10pm and Saturday noon-5pm EST

National Domestic Violence/Child Abuse/ Sexual Abuse: 800-799-SAFE /800-799-7233/800-787-3224 TDD
800-942-6908 Spanish Speaking
24-hour-a-day hotline, Provides crisis intervention and referrals to local services and shelters for victims of partner or spousal abuse. English and Spanish speaking advocates are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Staffed by trained volunteers who are ready to connect people with emergency help in their own communities, including emergency services and shelters. The staff can also provide information and referrals for a variety of non-emergency services, including counseling for adults and children, and assistance in reporting abuse. They have an extensive database of domestic violence treatment providers in all US states and territories. Many staff members speak languages besides English, and they have 24-hour access to translators for approximately 150 languages. For the hearing impaired, there is a TDD number. This is a great resource for anyone--man, woman or child--who is experiencing or has experienced domestic violence or abuse, or who suspects that someone they know is being abused

Hi.
Who is Brenda? I would advice you to leave that house immediately and take the help of the police. They will surely help you. They will make you undergo a medical test to confirm that you were really assaulted. And you are not a loser. Don't be discouraged. Things will be alright. Just pray to God. And that stupid girl will surely pay for what she did to you. She will regret a lot. Trust God. Be courageous and fight. That girl should be punished. She deserves it.

Sure you can CHARGE them with rape. After that it becomes alot of "depends"

Deponds on the state and whether their rape laws say man/woman or not

Depends on the district attorney for your county since even if it IS illegal they might not choose to prosecute for many reasons

Depends on your living arrangment, your standing (reputation) and the other persons standing

Depends on if the other person takes it to a trial and whether or not you would be willing to testify in front of a crowd of people

Rape is rape. Women are charged with raped all of the time. You need to call the police as soon as possible. The more time that goes by, the more doubtful your story becomes to the police.

YES!! Rape is Rape wether you're gay or not. If penertration against another person's body takes place against a victim's wishes it's rape...Haven't you been watching The Bill on ABC-TV? It happened to PC Micky Webb,Seargant June Ackland, then PC Gabriel Kent did his bit to keep you entertained by what he did to others like Kerry.

Yes! You don't have to be male to rape! What happened to you is horrendous, please call the police immediatly! If this person is a room mate get a restraining order today! You can have her removed from your home with an officer present while she gets her belongings. If this is a relationship you are in get out of it now! Abuse is abuse no matter what your sexual orientation is. Also there are places you can go in your community for people who need shelter from an abuser. Please contact your local authorities asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it can be taken as rape, no matter the gender, as long as it was forced sexual interaction with another. You should call the cops on her, and do something against for that. Like sue her ***. And were you a lesbian before this?

Rape is rape no matter how you look at it. Report this person and do it immediately. You think about it. How many other women has she done this too? Stop her now before others become her victims.

This person is about CONTROL......LOve has nothing to do with the act of rape. It's about power and control....Stop her ...before someone else gets hurt!
