The cell would die.
First of all it won't be able to keep key components inside it-they would just diffuse away. It wouldn't be able to control the internal pH. Energy production and other functions are based on the electrochemical gradients of ions formed by transport and membrane semi-permeability. If you allow free passage of ions via the membrane these gradients collapse and the cell can't produce energy and perfom other functions.

This is the way some antibiotics work; perforating the membrane and destroying these gradients.

The cell wouldn't function because important chemicals would leak out and destructive chemicals would come in.
it will explode because the cellular membrane won't be able to hold any more inside of it, just like adding a cell to a saline solution the cell will be no more due to osmosis.
That cell probably won't last long considering the fact that it can be filled with everything. No matter what environment it is sustained in, it'll probably become bloated and eventually pop. Air, liquids, etc. will all cause it to eventually fill up

The membrane allows the cell to regulate the movement of important minerals, ions, nutrients and other co-factors into the cell while keeping metabolic wastes, toxic molecules and inappropriate concentrations of other ions outside of the cell. Without these controls the cell would die.
