Wow i don't know any with not many hours, but teaching is an excellent career, after you have got your degree, and your PGCE and started working in a school, the education system starts paying back your loan. Not only that you get GIVEN a maintance grant when you begin your PGCE, you starting rate as a teacher is higher than that of most jobs, and will go up throughout your career, you get to work with all sorts of people, do a differance, and its not boring at all.
Its perfect if you consider you could teach your favourite subject at school, and get bored? Move school, try teching in a Public school, then a Comprehensive,or a Private school. Either way ot would be an experiance of a lifetime for your lifetime.
I mean in what 1 year you help about 200 people. In your lifetime you would have met and helped shape so many young people's lifes.

Hi there,

I'm in the same position at the moment. You have to ask yourself a few questions first; like what am I good at? What do I enjoy doing? Narrow down the possibilities first. It's a bit difficult just to suggest a career- it's too subjective to the individual. What are you interested in? What do you get a buzz from? As important as money is, you've got to try and find a balance between financial security and happiness. That is SO important.

Try and find the answers to those questions first, then see where it takes you.

Hope this helps! Good luck...

depends on your type of person. if u are an extrovert and are good at interacting with people, maybe u should try being a salesperson, a journalist or a customer care representative. if u can grasp new ideas quickly and are quick-witted, maybe u should work in the manufacturing division of a products company.

above all, try doing something that will enhance some skills u naturally possess. goodluck to u

Well, if you want the money be prepared to work for it. The investment bankers in the City get paid loads but also have to work very long hours.
