can anyone give me a step by step guide to changing my background on myspace???

i found them code things on the free sites but i just dont know how to change it.

Well its good you got the codes thats a start. First go to myspace home. Click edit profile. Put your codes in the "about me" section. Then click save. Then view ur page. Cick the link below for additional info or just go to forum..then to myspace forum. Hope this is helpful.

You have to copy the codes, with Cut/Copy/Paste then go into 'MySpace' go to 'Home', go into 'Edit profile' then Paste the code in on the 'About me' section, I hope this helps
