The continued hourly pop-up emergencies and the extremely poor lack of communication.
Plus, I have no authority but I'm responcible for everything.

best of luck girlie.. and What i hate about work, is when ur at work and you really are n ot in the mood to work, you can't just take some time off, or if something on your mind and you want to cry, you can't. :-(

I hate it starts on Monday. Juz wish work would start on Wednesday and have weekend on Friday. LOL ^o^
