If you have about $3500 dollars, you could invest in AutoCAD, or $1000 a year fro Microstataion.

For full 3D, I use TurboCAD professional, but the latest version is $1000 dollars as well, but you can buy older versions that should suit your purpose for under $200 dollars of you want to start out. I suggest older versions because there is a learning curve involved, and it's best to get your skill broken in with what software works best for you.

Also, if you want something that has a lot of presents already built in for architecture, you might think about DesignCAD 3D. It's inexpensive and you don't need to already know CAD to learn it (as far as I've heard)
