Depends on how fully developed both members are - - - conceivably you could control the muscles on either one at will - - - imagine the routine you could work up happy jack to jump to attention. Since the bladder is controlled by a certain set of muscles it is possible you could choose. I wouldn't get all that hung up thinking about it. Peace.
