Could it be also considered true that this "cheap" land was in fact worthless swampland.?
Is it also true (or false) that much of this so called worthless swampland has been mostly transformed to very valuable by the very people that bought it initially?

My history studies told me exactly that, the land was worthless adn the jews irrigated it and grew on it, then all of a sudden the palestians wanted it back. Im really interested to see what other people post. Good question
