AMD Athlon 64 Socket 939, the best motherboards are
the DFI Lan party series
I have them
and they couldn't be any better
for Pentium 4
i go with Asus or MSI
just look on www.newegg.com
and use the tabs and links to narrow down your search depending on what you want for ur videocard and what processor
(ex, PCI Express x16 and Socket 939 or LGA 775)

many many many. you need to know what socket your processor is. amd 64s come in socket 754, 939 and AM2. P4's come in 478 and lga775. get a motherboard with a compatible chipset and the same socket. if you look on newegg.com they clearly list out the different types of processors each motherboard is compatible with and their sockets.'
Hope this helps!
