In middle school being kicked out of math class because I forgot to put on deodorant and I stink so bad the teacher kicked me out and sprayed air freshener while everyone laughed.

Great question, I got a good laugh at the other answers. Here are some of mine:
In 3rd grade the teacher told us we couldn't move or make a sound, so I was scared to ask to use the restroom so I peed my pants. The whole class knew.
In 7th grade I got my period and bled through my white skirt. I was too embarrassed to get on the bus to go home, so I walked 7 miles to get home.
On my 25th birthday, my friends threw me a party and hired a male stripper, even though I told them I would prefer they spend their money on alcohol. He sat me on a chair in the middle of all of these people and proceeded to dance on me. It was embarrassing because he wasn't attractive and he had a huge sore on his butt which we could all see because he was wearing a thong. I tried to escape him, but he cornered me in the kitchen and rubbed a jello shot on my chest and then licked it off. Do you know how sticky jello is? Ugh, I was disgusted.
One more, also when I was 25, I was at a bar with my crush and another guy. When we were leaving, my crush barely touched me, and I fell down on the ground in front of everyone. I was embarrassed, but 6 years later, I am married to that same guy that I was crushing on. I must have won him over by falling down in front of everyone.

I was once pulled on stage in Las Vegas at a girlie review show at the Rio Hotel and Casino. They made me sit in a chair, tried to take my clothes off, and several of them did erotic dances around me. And...they were topless the entire time.
Don't get me wrong. Several naked women dancing around me is a dream I've had for years, but not in front of hundreds of people. I was redfaced and smiling for some time after that.

When I was 9 ( i think) I played the drums @ school. Well My teacher was mean and she did not want us to leave so I peed my pants at band practice on the school stage. Then to top it off when i sat down next to someone on the late bus she said "something smells like ****!"
Another time in 6th grade I had my period and bled through my pants at lunchtime.
The good old days!!!!

One time,my friend was playing around, dancing, singing, going crazy, we were really bored, and only 3 of us were there, but her crush suddenly appeared with his friends and started laughing, how embarrasing was that!!!!!!!!!!11
